Returns and Shipping Policies:
Due to COVID -19, We are CURRENTLY not offering Returns, Refunds or exchanges. We are doing our best to provide great quality. If for some reason you are having an issue with the quality of your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your delivery with images of the issue. We are doing our best to provide excellent service, quality, and unique items while keeping our community and staff safe.
We do not offer refunds or credits for the initial shipping costs. Once orders are placed on our site, they go into processing and cannot be altered or cancelled. International customers are responsible for any duty charges upon receiving their shipment.
To return an item due to quality after emailing us the issues, you should mail your product to: D 1761 Comox Ave Comox, British Columbia, CA V9M 3M2. Items MUST be mailed ’Signature Required’, or we are not responsible for potential loss or theft of package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For flawed/defective items we will be offering credit towards your next order including return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement item to reach you, may vary.
